Emotional and Physical Symptoms- Signs of Imbalance

Symptoms, whether emotional or physical, are your body’s way of communicating to you that it has some imbalances that need to be addressed. When these imbalances are identified and eliminated, your body can begin its innate process of healing!

You may wonder what these imbalances are and where they come from! The origins of all imbalances can be found using an amazing tool called The Body Code System.

Using this system, a practitioner can look in six different areas for imbalances that are causing symptoms in the body. Once found, these imbalances can easily be resolved!

The six areas of imbalance are:

1- Energy (which includes emotional energy, post traumatic energy, allergies and

intolerances)

2- Circuits and Systems (which includes every organ, gland, bone, tooth, sleep cycle, meridian,

and chakra)

3- Toxins (which includes dental, biological, food, drug (pharmaceutical or recreational), heavy

metal, “excess”, EMR, and environmental toxins)

4- Pathogens (which includes both actual physical pathogens and the energetic forms of

pathogens that were previously in the body. A pathogen could be a virus,

bacteria, fungus, mold, parasite, biofilm, or a prion.)

5- Misalignments (which includes every bone, organ, gland, form of soft tissue (like a tendon,

ligament, or fascia), meridian, and chakra.

6- Nutrition/Lifestyle (which includes things that your body may need to bring it back into

balance. These items are found in the categories of sleep, additional

energy balancing modalities (such as acupuncture), essential oils, and

nutrition. Also found in this category are deficiencies having to do with

hydration, your magnetic field, color imbalance, and nutrition.)

A Special Note about "Non-Physical" Imbalances

Everything in our world and in our bodies, including "non-physical" things such as thoughts, beliefs, and emotions, is composed of energy vibrating at various frequencies. This has been scientifically proven! Often, the energy of our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions, all of which have been acquired throughout our lives and even inherited from our ancestors, is negative and becomes trapped in the body. It can create various emotional symptoms such as anxiety and depression. In addition, since these negative thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are literally balls of energy vibrating in our bodies, they can distort tissue and, as a result, cause physical symptoms such as pain. Thus, "non-physical" negative energy in the body also contributes to the emotional and physical symptoms we experience.

All of us, from newborn babies to centenarians, have these negative energies “stuck” in our bodies, causing imbalance and creating symptoms! The good news is that they, like any other imbalance, can be easily identified and permanently released using the Body Code System.

Releasing this "non-physical" energy from babies, young children, and adolescents, when symptoms first appear, is very beneficial! Resolving issues at a young age will help prevent numerous emotional and/or physical struggles as they progress through the typical developmental stages and into adulthood. Thus, while energy balancing is beneficial at any age, the earlier in life it is done, the better the prospects of lifelong emotional and physical well-being!

A Unique Collection of Trapped Emotions known as a Heart-Wall

The heart is the core of your being! It is the most powerful organ in your body, generating even more power than your brain! In fact, it constantly sends information to your body, including your brain. The electromagnetic field of the heart extends eight to twelve feet from your body which may explain why the electromagnetic signals (energy) from your heart are actually detectable in the brain waves of other people!

Evidence shows that the heart also stores memories and feelings. So, like other organs, it can become imbalanced by negative energy. However, the heart may also be protected, in a unique way, by the "construction" of a barrier of trapped emotions referred to as a Heart-Wall.

This barrier is "built" by the subconscious mind in an attempt to protect our hearts from feeling the emotional pain (think “heartbreak” and “heartache”) from difficult experiences in our lives. Approximately 93% of people, from newborn babies to centenarians, have a Heart-Wall which is typically composed of between five and twenty-five trapped emotions. For the short term, a Heart-Wall is beneficial. However, over time and as more layers of trapped emotions are added, the effect of the Heart-Wall takes its toll on our emotional and physical well being.

A person with a Heart-Wall often has difficulty “connecting” with others, creating healthy, happy relationships, giving and receiving love, feeling happiness and joy, etc. Such people are essentially “insulated” from others and cannot live life to the fullest. This happens because the energy that should flow out from their hearts to others and also be received in from others is blocked by the Heart-Wall. Thus, the best course of action for someone who has a Heart-Wall and, therefore, is not experiencing the fullness of life, is to have those Heart-Wall emotions released!

The effects of having the Heart-Wall “removed” are miraculous as reported by those who have experienced this and also by those that know them! Clients have reported that they feel lighter, happier, and freer, have more energy and motivation, feel an increased ability to focus, experience more compassion than they’ve ever felt, are no longer angry, and are able to develop positive relationships and detach themselves from negative ones. They describe life, in general, as much better! Friends and loved ones have also witnessed these emotional and physical changes! Spouses who previously showed little compassion have become much more loving, physical appearances have become more radiant, rebellion has disappeared, behavior has improved, and physical symptoms have resolved themselves.

If you decide to schedule a Heart-Wall session with me, we will find and release trapped Heart- Wall emotions until the Heart-Wall is completely gone. This usually takes from one to three sessions, depending upon the number of emotions that need to be released.

As previously described, releasing trapped negative energy, including Heart-Wall emotions, is especially beneficial for young people!

Is Energy Balancing Something New?

No! Working with the body's energy systems, for example, through the use of acupuncture, has been practiced for thousands of years! Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, MD, Nobel Laureate in Medicine, stated that “In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by "moving energy”.

Energy balancing is based on Quantum Physics, the premise of which is that everything is made of pure energy! In fact, Quantum Physicist Albert Einstein stated that "All matter is energy". Professor Murray Gell-Mann, Ph. D, Nobel award winning physicist, believed that "Body Chemistry is governed by quantum cellular fields". More recent discoveries by research scientist Candace Pert, Ph.D. and Cell Biologist Bruce Lipton Ph.D. have been that thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are also forms of energy. However, if that energy is negative, it can contribute to emotional and physical symptoms in the body. Fortunately, as we now know, the negative energy that is causing imbalance in the body can be eliminated so that the body can actually initiate the healing process!!

Balancing the body's energy in order to resolve symptoms is here to stay! William Tiller, Ph. D, Professor Emeritus at Stanford University, has stated that "Future medicine will be based on controlling energy in the body". Norman Shealy, M.D. stated that “Energy medicine is the future of all medicine”.
